Commercial Court Callover
There will be a call over (to be heard remotely) each Friday of the cases listed for hearing on the following week.
The parties in each case must email the Registrar jeanbrennan@courts.ie by 4pm on the preceding Wednesday in order that the details of the VMR room can be furnished.
Commercial Motions List
The Commercial Motion List will resume on 25th May 2020 and will be held remotely until further notice.
The moving party must lodge hard copies in Central Office and soft copies by electronic mail to mwhite@courts.ie, such email to be copied to the other parties to the motion, by 4.30pm on the preceding Wednesday.
The moving party must also email the Registrar jeanbrennan@courts.ie by 4.40 on the preceeding Wednesday in order that the VMR room can be furnished to them, and must include email contacts for opposing parties.
